Papers are invited for the SibDATA-2023 on topics lying within the scope of the workshop. All contributions must be of high quality, original, and must not have been previously published elsewhere or intended for publication elsewhere.

All submitted paper will be subject to stringent peer-review by the International Program Committee and carefully evaluated in terms of the following criteria: description of the background and related work; originality, novelty and significance of results; structure and presentation; insight and depth of conclusions and overall impression.

Submission of the paper should be regarded as an undertaking that should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors should register and present orally the paper in the workshop.

Accepted papers will appear in CEUR Workshop Proceedings as ‘open access’ indexed in Scopus.

No more than two papers of same author can be submitted to publish.


Requirements for paper preparation

The paper should be in English, 5-9 pages (around 2500 characters per page or 380-400 words per page) formatted according to CEUR Template.

Information on the authors should be presented on a separate page and contains surname, name and middle name (completely), degree, position, the full and short name of the organization, contact information: phone, e-mail, mobile phone of the responsible author.

Paper must be sent to email 2023@sibdata.online.

Deadline for paper submission is July 20, 2023.

The file name of submission must contain surnames of authors.


The authors of accepted papers will be asked to modify their paper according to the reviewers’ recommendations and to submit the camera-ready version of their paper together with signed Author-Agreement Form:

  • AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP): Authors shall use this form if they included no copyrighted third party material in their paper text (or accompanying sources, datasets).
  • AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP): Authors shall use this form if they did include copyrighted third party material in their paper or accompanying material. They must then also attach a copy of the permission by the third party to use this material in the signed author agreement.

Final paper must be sent to email 2023@sibdata.online.

Deadline for final paper submission is September 1, 2023.
